Adam was thorough, knowledgeable and respectful. He spent a long time going over our a/c system and explaining the options to us afterwards. We seem to get a different technician every year but we know that whoever comes, we'll get excellent service!
I've never had a bad experience with Hometown. Scheduling is a breeze and they send a reminder prior to your appointment, the name and photo of the service person, and they arrive on time. Special kudos to Alejandro C. who checked the crawlspace ducting as well. Thorough, careful of your home, and prompt. Service: Heating system maintenance
Dylan called to let me know he arrived, and I let him know there was tenant living there and to let me know if anything needed to be serviced. I didn't hear from him and called the office today to get the update. It needs a blower service that I can know schedule. I had asked him to call me during the visit in case anything needed service or attention during that visit. The team sent the update for service and I will now schedule time with my tenants again. Maybe this could have been taken care of all at once if Dylan had called for me to approve and to not bother them. But maybe that is not the case.
