Hometown was on time. Michael was excellent, easy to understand, personable and we set a date to install a mini split heat and air pump for a very large master bedroom the owner has not heated because of the gas wall furnace, installed thirty years ago felt unsafe. This homeowner is very happy with Michael’s information, options and homeowner is very happy to find a solution to stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer! Will continue with outcome, once the work is done next week. Hometown’s assessment technician was great.

Justin is very professional and friendly. He explained the issues thoroughly, did not try to sell us anything. I had another company came prior to Hometown. They wanted to charge $2500 to replace the parts. Turned out we don't even need to do anything. The AC was fine just the thermostat was not working properly.
