Smart Heating and Air Conditioning

My AC stopped working in middle of a heat wave. Jackis and Jenn got me set up with an appointment when several other companies where not even responding. Frank came out diagnosed the issue and replaced the part quickly and professionally. Gave me advice on future maintenance. I appreciate the great service guys! Thank you!

When I called in I was able to schedule an appointment for later that week. The technician arrived within his window. He identified my issue and also noticed that the previous owner had bypassed the fuses on my disconnect. He was able to resolve both problems very quickly. While they weren't the cheapest option for HVAC service, they certainly were the fastest and most responsive. I felt the technician was knowledgeable and gave me options to work within my needs and my budget. I will be calling them again for a scheduled bi-annual maintenance. Service: A/C system repair

Today I had a new HVAC system installed and my house has already dropped over 16 degrees since they left. This new air conditioning is WONDERFUL... ???? The crew (3 of them) arrived at 8 am -window was between 8-10, although Mike, the owner said they will most likely be here by the first hour. and I also received a text message when Miquel was on his way with a tracker. The tracker was great, because I needed to get my dogs situated for the day. They had the install done by 3, cleaned up, showed me all the new equipment, how to work the new thermostat and where the filters were. I signed, paid and they were on their way at 3:45pm. They weren't just polite, efficient and helpful. They were quick and professional.. Thanks again Smart Heating and Air! I would recommend this company to anyone.. God Bless You All... Angela
