Today I had a new HVAC system installed and my house has already dropped over 16 degrees since they left. This new air conditioning is WONDERFUL... ???? The crew (3 of them) arrived at 8 am -window was between 8-10, although Mike, the owner said they will most likely be here by the first hour. and I also received a text message when Miquel was on his way with a tracker. The tracker was great, because I needed to get my dogs situated for the day. They had the install done by 3, cleaned up, showed me all the new equipment, how to work the new thermostat and where the filters were. I signed, paid and they were on their way at 3:45pm. They weren't just polite, efficient and helpful. They were quick and professional.. Thanks again Smart Heating and Air! I would recommend this company to anyone.. God Bless You All... Angela
Our SMART team; Frank, Sales Rep.; Benny, Emilio & Victor, installers; Frank is very knowledgeable and is a past installer; I received a text, from SMART, with Franks photo letting me know he was on his way to our appointment; he assessed our house for the best system to meet our needs; we have a large tri-level house; but, Frank said the HVAC systems they sell are so efficient, he suggested a much smaller system than a thought we needed at a much more affordable price; he took measurements, ordered parts, and was able to find an opening in schedule quickly; I also received a text and photo when the installers where on their way; we were very pleased with the installation team; friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and all professional; their workmanship was excellent; we’re very happy with our new SMART HVAC system, and very pleased with SMART Heating and Air; we’ll recommend them to everyone, Services: Heating system installation, Install thermostat, Install AC, Thermostat installatio
