Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The service was good and the plumber was knowledgeable. But the installation of a flush valve in less than an hour was not worth $513.00 which I was charged. I did inquire about the charge. I did get a 100.00 reduction. But I still think $413.00 is excessive and taking advantage of senior citizens. Service: Toilet repair

Water heater wasn’t working. Digital screen on water heater said exhaust was blocked and to ensure drainage hose was draining. Tech came, simply pulled drainage hose off and sat there for over 90mins while hose trickled water into a bucket. Tech said he believed filter was clogged and needed to be replaced. He said he had never seen one like mine and would get back to me when he could find one and to just keep letting the hose drain. Was charged $500 for this and never heard back about the filter replacement. Had to finally call another plumber to fix. Complete joke! Service: Water heater repair
