They sent Luis out to clear a drain at a house I built. They charged $175.00 for this. He was under the house for about 45 minutes. He found a small rise in the drain pipe. I sent my plumber out to fix it but he was to large to reach the spot. I then called Warranted Plumbing back to have Luis do it. There charge was $750.00 to do no more than a 30 minute fix and the material was supplied. This is a complete RIP OFF AND COMPLETELY UNETHICAL. I would call another company to do your plumbing. Wake up and stop supporting companies that take advantage of your money and your lower knowledge of the trade.

Luis did a great job for us. He was very knowledgable, did a great job and was very clean as he worked and left our kitchen clean. We would most definitely call him the next time we need a plumber. Highly recommend him.

Luis quoted me a price on the phone and repeated it before starting the job. I like not having to guess how much the job will cost. He arrived early, was courteous and patient in answering my questions. At the end, he found the needed part stored next to the water heater, so he subtracted that off his charge.
