bad experience with what salesman said i was getting and what was actually installed. he inspected every 6 months and reported that everything was fine. when another man came and inspected I was told a different story and that i needed more work done underneath the house, I was given every excuse from the owner, the sales person and the new inspector. Very expensive to replace the piers $7,000 plus and now they want $2400 more. they took advantage of a senior citizen who cannot crawl under the house so, customers; WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY AND WHAT THEY SAY AND DO. I do not recommend and will never use them again.

Flooring trim cracked after 2 years. They were not helpful and did not stand by their product. Said we were on our own.

I would recommend Cal Star to anyone who wants to do repairs or upgrade their home. The office staff is helpful, the work gets done quickly and has always been done beyond my expectations... I always ask for Matt to come do my estimates because he is knowledgeable and honest. Matt cares about his customers and many times has given me suggestions that have saved me hundreds of dollars.
