I could not be more pleased with the work done by Jason and Collin from Frassiica Inc. They were on time, assessed the problem and fixed it. Jason is a hard worker, shoveling dirt and dumping water and coupling pipes. Collin kept everything neat and orderly. They cleaned up and their truck is immaculate. We had good conversations, Jason is a Marine!
I had a water main leak which I reported to HomeServe. Frassica sent out a plumber the following day, but then didn't follow up. After I made multiple calls, thye ultimately told me that the repair could be done 22 days later. The property is in an area of severe stage 3 drought conditions. No one could stay there without water. Neither Frassica nor HomeServe seemed to think that was a problem.
Frassica Plumbing was sent by our home protection plan HomeServe. I had advised HomeServe and Jordan the Person that scheduled the appointment from Frassica Plumbing that we had a leak but did not know where it was and that I wanted a leak detection plumber to come out. We have a Flume Smart Water Monitor that sent me several alerts advising we had a leak. I shared this information with both HomeServe and Jordan @ Frassica Plumbing. When the technician arrived he just kept asking me questions versus him trying to locate the leak. I advised that I had asked for a leak detection team and he did not seem to know what he was doing. He never checked the entire house he only checked the downstairs bathroom and a couple of water lines outside. That was it. He came back and said he was not sure where the leak was but that he found a drip on one of my water lines that was connected to a water bowl. I asked him to please fix it. He left for 15 or so minutes and when he returned he said
