Frassica Plumbing

I had a gas line leak in my home, and had to go through Frassica Plumbing per my HomeServe insurance with SoCal Gas. There has been a hole in my ground since 11/21/22. It is now 1/23/23 almost February and they still have not been able to set up an inspection and complete the walkthrough and backfill of my backyard. In these 2 months, I have not received one call back from them, nor the promised follow ups. Instead I am calling every week to find out what's going on. Funny thing is that the city inspector showed up at my house on Christmas Eve and passed the project. The lack of communication is beyond frustrating. I get it, this isn't their home so they can care less. Hopefully this hole is filled before summer 2023. If you can't handle the work load, STOP TAKING ON MORE CONTRACTS THAT YOU CAN'T COMPLETE.

I had a main line failure in multiple spots. The technicians, Zach and Ray, were outstanding and completed the job professionally and efficiently. I also appreciated they took time to explain things to me when I asked. They had a tough dig as the dirt in Covina has a high clay concentration, and though being very tough, never heard them complain one time. The issue is with FRASSICA. They need to be removed from any list of plumbing contractors. They hire inexperienced 19 yo plumbers, do horrible service, lack of expertise and misleading customers and falsifying information shared between HOMESERVE clients.
