We bought Goettyl systems twice while we lived Vegas and once last year in California. We had wonderful service while in Vegas, absolutely fantastic customer service and when our air-conditioning stopped working, they immediately brought us small air-conditioning to cover until it was fixed. However, when our new heating system stopped working here in California, it has taken almost a week for them to respond, and they gave us no floor heaters. We had to borrow from friends and it' been extremely cold. The Goettyl experience in California is very different than Vegas and I wouldn't buy from Goettyl again in California.
