I hired Friends&Family even though they were not local due to what I liked about their reviews. I know a lot about HVAC and I am very pleased with their work installing a new Lenox up flow AC and gas furnace, they did extra things that made a nice installation that works and looks great. My moms A/C went out and they were able to get Edgar out to diagnose it the same day! He was very professional and knowledgeable. They are sending me a quote and I am confident they will do good work.
Got an a/c tuneup special. They were the only ones to offer a replacement filter at no charge & seemed knowledgeable & professional. They showed up on time & did a thorough job. Only reason not 5 stars is because the technician didn’t follow up with me on a problem that could be under warranty.
