Ruben was my technician he was great. He called me when he was on his way, he arrived went over what he was going to do which was replace my hot water heater. He completed the job and left the area clean. He was great to work with, very professional and answered questions I had regarding the heater and its warranty. I needed a new 75 gallon water heater installed into my garage. When I called them for a quote they asked me to text them a photo of my old heater. Minutes later I received a texted quote for the new heater including labor, parts and all code upgrades. They were more reasonable than another plumber I used in the past so I accepted their offer. They showed up the same day (a Saturday afternoon) and two guys installed the new heater in about 2 hours and I was up and running again with hot water in no time. I needed help replacing the toilet flange as we were doing a remodel and didn't know a thing about plumbing, so we contracted out. Called OneStop on Tuesday morning at 7:03 AM and Nicole (I believe that's her name) answered the phone and was able to get Travis to come out by 8:30 AM same day for a quote. I appreciate the quickness and the communication with the technician and the front office is top notch. I love the text letting me know the details of the appointment and the phone calls letting me know Travis was on his way. Travis arrived and assessed the damage and gave us a quote. I was informed to call the office to schedule if I wanted to, and Travis was on his way. Travis was so nice and informative of our needs and gave a couple options of what could happen best case and worst case scenario. Which is nice since I know what I could be charged up to and it wouldn't go any higher than that. I called the front office and scheduled the plumber for Wednesday. Joe came out to replace
