My compression angle valve that supplies water to toilet was leaking quite a bit. The tech came out within an hour or two after I called for service. The valve was a standard compression valve on a copper line. Instead of using a tool or puller to remove the ferrule he simply hack sawed the copper tube off behind the valve nut. It was quick but I lost a half inch of copper tube from the supply line, not good. Although the service was fast, and expensive, the technique was poor. Won’t use again. I needed a new 75 gallon water heater installed into my garage. When I called them for a quote they asked me to text them a photo of my old heater. Minutes later I received a texted quote for the new heater including labor, parts and all code upgrades. They were more reasonable than another plumber I used in the past so I accepted their offer. They showed up the same day (a Saturday afternoon) and two guys installed the new heater in about 2 hours and I was up and running again with hot water in no time. They were professional, courteous and did a great job. The job-site was clean after completion as well. I would hire them again. Service: Water heater installation
