Alex was awesome. Polite, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. Not only did he fix my A/C, he did it really fast!! He was definitely a life saver for me and my dogs!! I got to say Codey was a trained professional. First time someone actually cared to explain to me how the ac unit worked and why you need the services done to preserve the longevity of the unit. On top of that he was on time, and tried to help us out with honest recommendations, let us know when and why we should fix certain things. Some of those not even needed today to get it running again but for next year to keep it alive. Most importantly though is that he got our ac running 10x better. And I full confidence as long as we get them back just to check on it every once and a while that it will and do basic maintenance they recommend our 10 year old unit which was on the verge of being replaced probably will run for ten more years. Awesome group of people from the dispatcher, techs, and managers.
