Eddie Valencia is excellent! I was having the worst day and did not want to deal with another issue. Eddie was beyond patient and kind. He fully explained every detail with illustrations, to ensure I understood everything that he was doing. Ultimately, I will need a new AC unit and will definitely be getting through Goettl. Marcus was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up needing an overwhelming amount of work for our entire HVAC system, but Marcus helped us understand our options and made us feel more comfortable with our situation. He was patient and took his time answering all of our questions, as well as explaining things in a way that made sense to people who have no prior knowledge of the work taking place. Ordered a new AC system. They had trouble removing my old one which left a hole in my wall which I’m still waiting for the call he said I’d get to have it repaired. The system didn’t work, we were left at 330pm in a 92 degree home because Goettl support sucks for the west coast. Seriously makes his job harder. He returned the next day and still couldn’t get it to work. Finally figured my so called “new” unit needed a part. Then he said he had to make them give it from another ac because Goettl yet again wanted to leave a senior in 90 degree heat. Hell if we were going to go through mild heat exhaustion another day/night. I honestly regret signing up for service. Really is 2 stars but an extra star because Sergio really did try. Sadie your mascot would cover her eyes in shame. So ya when are you fixing my wall that was promised? Service: Install AC
