I had Christy or Britney, I forgot her name, check out my existing AC system on Friday evening. I was expecting a follow up regarding my quote on Monday but no response. I called the office on Tuesday to check for a status and I was told someone will reach out to me. As expected no answer or information on my quote for a new system. This is becoming a common response from the local AC installers around my area. Communication here is the same as Magnolia A/C.

Without a doubt the best around. I've used them for two residential installments now. Roy and his crew are second to none. Roy knows his s@*t and his crew is just awesome. Professional installation for both residents and his crew is very polite. No cutting corners with these guys. Very happy with RC Air and Heating and I have no doubt you will be too. I'm in the construction business and fully understand what big quality construction looks like. Highly recommend you call them for your service or Install. You will not be disappointed!

They did a great job getting our AC working again! They use quality American made parts and warranty their work. Hopefully no more issues for us, but would gladly call them back if we do.
