I was very impressed with the how prompt Ace Plumbing was able to schedule the visit and how professional Alan was to provide the necessary details and recommendations for the work to be performed. Unfortunately, I haven’t committed to the service repair since my home warranty is still processing approvals for me to proceed with the work. Alan and Albert, the two service technicians, were professional, courteous, friendly, and explained to me the proposed repair to the main water line leak, and they answered all of my questions.
