Fritz came out the same day, he was very patient in explaining the repairs I needed and possible options, once I authorized the repairs, he proceeded to complete all the requested work in a reasonable amount of time, very clean in his work. I’ve called Just Electric to do several jobs on my house. The most recent was to replace all of the light fixtures, inside and out, and install new outlets in the garage. The technicians have gone above and beyond in their service, including extra repairs at no additional charge. I also ordered the Ring security floodlights/camera and doorbell last year. Fritz came out on a Saturday and installed everything. He helped me set up the system and stayed until I had it set up on my phone, then followed up the next day to make sure everything was working and I was happy. The year before that he repaired my panel, including calling Edison for me and telling them the problem. My house is older and definitely a fixer upper. The technicians know a lot about the limitations of older homes and work with you, never trying to take advantage or oversell.
