Scheduled the appointment pretty much right away,, and the service was done within 2 hours of my initial phone call. Super fast! George was very professional, experienced, works fast, gave honest and useful advices to me. Very kind. Robert was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Since I know little about plumbing, I found his explanations to be clear and understandable. He was able to perform all the needed work that included toilet repair, kitchen faucet repair, and the replacement of a pipe underneath the kitchen sink. After years of using Plumber 2 the rescue services,, today I had terrible experience with technician from this company. We call this company to unclog our kitchen sink. Technician came, and started with tirade of complaints on our previous plumbers, on our Bosch dishwasher that works perfectly fine, on some connections under sink, that we never had liked (until he touched them, and suddenly needed new parts for $25). At some point the technician was trying to convince us that he needs to change our main drain pipe, what turn to not be necessary, after he spent long time trying to “work” on it. While he endlessly talked ( for almost two hours), what to me and my husband was sounding weird, it turned to be just to add time to be able to charge us more. Today we payed for unclogging kitchen sink whopping $325. I hope it will not leak, what I am not sure about. Service: Drain cleaning
