I had a leak in my shower and it was spraying out after our house cleaner had cleaned the shower. PPT responding Saturday morning through the yelp app and had Arthur out earlier than the scheduled time. Arthur was very professional, explained what was going on, disassembled everything, and put it all back together. He then also tightened a couple of loose faucets too. Excellent service from Igor and Arthur. I called them Friday night because our 20 year old water heater stopped working. They were able to come in next day to replace it with a tankless water heater.
