Excellent service from Igor and Arthur. I called them Friday night because our 20 year old water heater stopped working. They were able to come in next day to replace it with a tankless water heater. Excellent and fast service by Paul and team!!! We used them for two unrelated jobs. The first job was to replace our water heater when the tank failed and started leaking in our garage. Within 2 days they visited, quoted and replaced the tank with a new tankless system at a very reasonable price. They also hauled out the old tank system, making the experience totally painless. The second job was to install a high-end, multi-stage water purification and remineralization system under the kitchen sink, along with a new fixture that also provided hot water on demand (for tea, etc). We had an existing (tap) water heater under the sink that turned out to be incompatible with the new system, so Paul had to return for a second day to finish the hot-side install, but Paul quickly found a new replacement once that problem became apparent, and didn’t charge for the extra visit, only the hardware.
