I can’t say enough on how professional CFY Construction was repairing our roof during the summer. They came out and provided estimates with pictures and worked within our budget. We found out that our lightwell was leaking this winter and called CFY back to see if they could help. Boom! They immediately applied a temporary patch in the rain to stop the leak and Claudia (receptionist) and Louis (owner) worked with us on a fair price to replace the lightwell. Great company! Like others have said Luis is a great guy to work with. He's patient and answers all of my questions.
