Discount plumbing has saved us multiple times since we moved into our new house in 2020! They are always so nice and responsive when I call in to schedule, someone is typically available to come to the house within 24 hours or less. The past couple times we've worked with Yachua, who has been excellent! He is able to diagnose the problem immediately and gets to work fixing things fast. He is dedicated to doing the best, high quality work, and always gives us a great deal. On top of that, he is friendly and respectful when he visits our house. I appreciate that discount plumbing takes pictures/videos before, during, and after to document the issue, how they've solved it, and to show that it's functioning properly afterward. Stephen was fantastic! He came out in the rain and climbed up on the roof to look at the sewer vent and scope it with his camera, and then he went out in the muddy backyard with a shovel because my main drain clean-out was buried somewhere by the side of the house. He dug around and found it quickly and determined that there was a lot of mud in the pipe. He also found the blockage from the toilet to that drain and cleared it. Couldn't recommend them enough after this experience. After calling Discount Plumbing, Efrain showed up in about 30 minutes to assess what needed to be done. The previous person who had done "repairs" cut some corners which could have led to a bigger job and Efrain's experience and expertise really showed with the precision at which he worked. He was able to repair the leak and replace the outside faucet in an extremely timely manner and I'm thankful I decided to go with Discount Plumbing Rooter Inc.
