I have had my AC serviced by multiple companies and no one was ever able to tell me what the issues were. One even said my AC was fine and only needed coolant. Well, they were wrong. I called Anderson plumbing because my neighbor referred them and they are awesome. My tech was Seth and he was able to find all the leaks I had within my piping. He was very courteous, honest and friendly. He arrived at 6:20 and didn’t leave til after 8pm and was still respectful at answering all my questions. He mentioned he would give me a quote on Monday which was almost 4 days later because he wanted to check with management about a question he was unsure of and I was so grateful when he fulfilled his promise and called when he would. Most companies don’t follow through. Overall great service from Seth!

Our AC stopped working before a very hot weekend. We called the original installer but they couldn’t come look at it for a few weeks. We called Anderson and they could come the same day. The technician came and solved the issue. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and really saved the day. It was only $80 for the consult and the work he did. Highly recommend!
