Cal Roof

Cal Roof replaced the flat roof on my house in 11/22. Their client was the woman from whom I bought the house in 04/23. I was informed by the realtor that the roof had a 20 yr no leak guarantee. The roof began leaking with the big rain in August 2023. I have called and left messages asking for repair, and have not received any communication from them. I am filing with the Contractor's Licensing Board and with their Bond Insurance company; maybe now they will get in touch with e.

So glad we went with Doug and his crew at Cal Roof to replace the roof on our new home! They worked around our schedule when our closing date was delayed, and to allow other work to get done on the house at the same time. Doug was very communicative about what they found, calling with information and texting photos to explain. The on-site workers were respectful and thoughtful, to show me things like the way the dryer vents out on to the roof and may need cleaned or re-routed. And the clean-up crew was very thorough, taking a magnetic wand around the property when I expressed concern about nails and other debris that could be left behind.
