Lady on phone hung up because she says I didn’t have prior roofing experience, the post on Craigslist says they hire people with out experience. I’m very educated, this company keeps its books open even when they are not hiring . DONT BOTHER they only hire who they know.

I inherited a building that Sully Jones had previously worked on, in which they have done a great job! I called for an annual roof inspection about a year later. The person I spoke to didn't get back with me because they contacted the previous property managers that we're no longer working for me. I found out later that they were trying to get ahold of me after all. Good thing everything has worked out, Jenny was very nice and professional. She updated her records with all my contact information to schedule the inspection. Also a year later Jenny promptly sent all the information concerning the roof warranty to a new buyer when I sold the property. Sully Jones roofing companies work was excellent and they did everything to make things right. I wish there were more businesses as professional and personable as this company! We are looking at installing solar so we needed to have our roof inspected and check to see if we need it to be replaced. They were on time and very professional. We had the roof repaired ten years ago and wondered if we needed to replace the tiles. They inspected the roof and told us everything still looks great! No need to replace anything so even though we aren't using them to redo our roof we definitely will recommend them and use them in the future!
