I rarely ever leave reviews but the team led by foreman D. (Initial for his privacy) was incredibly professional, clean, knowledgeable and efficient. They went above and beyond in installing our new ducts, AC and heat pump. The office staff isn’t the most friendly but they’re efficient and communicative and the team that installed more than made up for it. I can’t recommend this company enough. Service: Installation

We originally got a quote for a complete system replacement somewhere else, but wanted a second one and are glad we got it from West Coast. My father-in-law who is a commercial HVAC installer in another state insisted we get a Trane system and I found this company a bit by luck because of that. We were able to get an appt. with Alex and he came out right away. He was very professional and checked all the boxes for what we needed. The quote came back quite a bit lower and we got a much better Trane system. The four person crew came out for a two day install and showed up on time and was extremely professional. They talked us through some of the changes/upgrades we wanted and made a number of suggestions along the way to make further improvements (not trying to upsell us - all covered under the original quote).
