We just had Kris in our house this morning to finish up an electrical situation that had me absolutely befuddled last week. It wasn't an emergency so we agreed to have him out this morning. Having just gone through a four month contractor nightmare with a kitchen insurance issue, Trident was a VERY welcome breath of fresh air. The last couple of years have left me with little trust in contractors. No calls. No shows. Price gouging to avoid accepting jobs. It's been bad. I regained a massive amount of trust back because of Robert and his company. The receptionist picked up the phone after hours on Friday. Robert called me back on a Saturday. Kris could not have been more kind, professional and good at his job. He finished our tangle of early 90's electrics, walked me through EVERYTHING and even walked me through how to do one last little thing that didn't need to be done, but it will be nice to have when I get to it. Second time using Trident. always extremely responsive and getting things set up timely. This time was a ceiling fan issue. Omar showed up right at the specified time i was given to expect and ended up finding it to just be a minor issue and charged as such. Second time just as happy with the service and cost of things. professional all the way around. Will always be the go to electrician service for me
