Mike is terrific. And honest! I just called to get a quote to fix 2 leaky sprinkler heads. Rather than taking advantage of the situation and coming out to fix the sprinkler lines, he advised me about how to change the valves, including a text with images about what to buy at the hardware store to do the repair on my own. In the end, the job cost $78 bucks at the expense of him doing a repair for $395. Will be contact him for larger jobs when the time comes!

I had a minor sprinkler pipe leak and called around seeing if I could get someone to come by. I talked to Mike who was able to walk me through the process of turning off the correct values connected to the bad pipe. Also, how to re-glue the lose connector that was no longer holding together two pipelines. Mike was patient throughout the walkthrough and ended up saving me money. This is an honest guy and I’m definitely keeping this company in mind if anyone ask for referrals.

I called Mike this morning on a Sunday and told him I was having trouble with my sprinklers. He told me what he charges to come out but said before you spend the money let's try to troubleshoot over the phone free of charge. I sent him pictures of the sprinkler system I have and we went through a few items before we isolated the problem and resolved it. It was a simple fix (I had the valve shutoff lol). Mike could have easily come out and charged me his minimum fee to simply turn a lever but he didn't. He was honest and kind. I will definitely call him when I am ready to install sprinklers in my backyard. Thank you for being honest and taking the time from your day to help me, especially on a Sunday.
