We are very pleased with Jeremy. He is friendly and easy to talk to about our concerns. Once he determined that the water heater needed to be replaced, he was helpful in answering our questions on what type of unit to purchase. The price of the unit was comparable to other bids, but more importantly, the installation was professional. We also used Huft for our HVAC replacement. Huft installers, Decoda & Tom, arrived early morning as scheduled & immediately assessed the areas to do work outside & in attic. They staged all units & tools.They communicated with one another so well & assisted each other often during the process. There was a lot to accomplish & but they were finished in less time than I was told. They did cleanup & packing & gave me a tutorial on new thermostats. Took 2 minutes. Really efficient installation. I tried doing a plumbing repair myself and hit a point where I just couldnt get it done. Scheduled and appointment online with huft and within a half hour had the appointment confirmed for the next day. It gets better, the tech I had, Jacob M. Was early, called ahead to make sure that was okay. We went over the quote to fix it and he had it done within an hour and completely cleaned up after himself, walked me through what he did and was on his way. He not only fixed the problem but even corrected some plumbing that wasnt done the greatest while he was here. Fantastic service and I will be using them again.
