Mr Rooter came out for a plumbing emergency very quickly and provided excellent and fast work. They explained every step and answered my questions (I have next to no plumbing knowledge). I'm a "do-it-yourselfer" but I call Mr Rooter when I encounter a plumbing problem that I can't handle. They were very efficient about identifying my problem and giving me an estimate. The job turned out to be more complicated(which I knew) and they informed me about the extra work and charge which I expected. This turned into a job that required cutting into the wall and sweating pipes and I thought the charge was reasonable.
