Requested the company to come out and they provided a timeframe their technician would be out to evaluate the job. The individual showed up an hour later with no communication and claimed his office gave him the wrong time. We were on our way out the door so could not wait for them to fix their mistake. Zero attempt by the company to follow up and correct their mistake. I would not recommend.
