Aldo was an amazing technician. Professional, courteous, thorough, and took the time to answer my questions. He identified a part that was on its last legs and would have shut our AC unit down if not replaced (which he did after reviewing with me in no time flat). He explained several other things to me as well. I will now always use Proflo and demand Aldo for all future services. Highly recommend! Mike G
Happy ProFlo could come out the same day and on time. Very professional, clean and friendly technician. I called 6 other air conditioning companies and ProFlo came through and the others never called back. Made a quick fix and we have the air working.
