ROB repaired a prior contractors work that was a big mess. I wish I had him around for the last 20 years. He fixed electrical that could have burned my house down. He fixed a bathroom remodel with a sloppy dry wall job and electrical that left my bathroom unusable. He even fixed a roof that had been stripped from high winds. He is the BEST and pleasant to work with. Rob is so nice, friendly and easy to communicate with. We had at least 20 things for him to do on our list. He worked efficiently, he goes out of his way. He buys the supplies because he’s so knowledgeable and efficient I trust him , he charges a very reasonable hourly rate. Highly recommend him!! Rob worked on a property that I was selling in Fallbrook, Ca., in June 2023. Rob installed new wood floors, new window coverings, repaired electrical, and installed new faucets and a toilet for me.
