Just want to start off that AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. From start to finish. Called to schedule to get my furnace check due to my house not getting warm the dispatcher was VERY helpful and was able to schedule ASAP to get it fixed. Once the technican showed up before scheduled which was even better for me also dealing with John was pleased from start to beginning. Before even entering the home he put on booties so he didn’t track debris or dirt into my home. He was very professional and explained everything from beginning to end. I would hire them again without thought and I hignly recommend them.

Found Affordable Comfort on Google because the fan that pushes the air through the ducts in the house was not working. The repairman came and found the problem, the fan blower control, was bad and needed to be replaced. It took him about 10 minutes to figure out the problem. He then informed me that the cost to replace that part was $445.00. My first thought was how expensive this blower control was. I initially agreed to the price and he told me he did not have the part but could go get it and it would only take a few minutes. After he left I looked at the fan blower control and went on the internet and found out the cost of a new controller was $51.00 on Amazon or $65.00 at Grangers. When he came back I questioned him as to why the price was so high. He informed me that the price he quoted me was the minimum they charge for any repair. That is highway robbery!! I told him there was no way I was going to pay that much for a 15 minute job. I asked him to leave and told him I would pay
