We woke up to a water leak in our kitchen. Looked on the internet for emergency service. I was able to talk to an actual person over the phone! The dispatcher assured me we would see a tech ician within the hour. Santiago arrived as promised and gave us an estimate of the repair and had everything repaired within 2 hours, which included a trip to pick up parts.
