Called Chris at Crisp Service at about 10 P.M. after locating his website. Asked about the services he offered and made an appointment with him. After meeting with him the following day we made arrangements to replace an aging furnace. Replacement unit was available fowwr installation. The agreed upon price was for the installation was fair as was the time for completion. Chris arrived on time to begin the removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. Chris was fully prepared and equipped to complete the work. While working he explained what he was doing and why. His work was professional and done in a timely manner. After completing the installation, he went over the operation of the new equipment and answered any questions we had. Prior to departing he cleaned up the work areas and removed his clutter..
