He was prompt, efficient, covered the clothes in my closet with tarp when he accessed the attic, and provided a detailed explanation of the service necessary to address the problem. He performed the work within an hour, and also recommended a maintenance plan that gave discounts and service on my heating/air twice a year. I appreciate his professionalism and experience.
