Pon air and heating

My a/c went down in the late afternoon, Pon Air was open late and was able to get me in the next morning! The technician that came out was so very nice and friendly. He didn’t pressure me into buying anything. He located the problem and quickly fixed it. The price was reasonable. I will definitely call them again if I need A/C repairs! Thank you Pon Air! High quality people. The service tech was pleasant and knowledgeable. Checked the system. Discussed the options. He charged the A/C and suggested adding a sealer. I never felt pressured and he explained all the cost.

This company is awesome! They take the time to show you what isn't working and why. Technician was helpful, polite and took the time to show us what he was doing. Had a terrible experience with Accurate Heating. Tried to tell me I needed $2k worth of repairs when unit was working fine just called them for annual maintenance. Ended up paying $464 for maintenance and repairs on electrical parts that weren't within specs. Will call on them when needed in the future and will gladly refer them with no hesitation.
