This company is awesome! They take the time to show you what isn't working and why. Technician was helpful, polite and took the time to show us what he was doing. Had a terrible experience with Accurate Heating. Tried to tell me I needed $2k worth of repairs when unit was working fine just called them for annual maintenance. Ended up paying $464 for maintenance and repairs on electrical parts that weren't within specs. Will call on them when needed in the future and will gladly refer them with no hesitation. I’ve never done any review for any business my entire life but I must do on this one. On the date they start the work, 4 guys showed up asking me to sign a paperwork without letting me to review it. And all the paperwork was done thru email the night before. They insisted that I need to sign and didn’t let me to read it. Then the rep called me saying the paperwork is the same as the one they emailed me to sign. Well, if it is the same, why do I need to sign again? why didn’t they let me to read it before signing? What is the rush? So suspicious….Service cancelled. Do not use this business. After I posted above review, the rep called and offered me a temporary fix for my AC condenser with a condition that I have to remove my true review. Wow, no wonder why they have all "5 star" reviews.
