Jennifer and Mason from Carlson were amazing to work with! I moved into an old house that needed a new washer/dryer… they were quick to work me into their schedule, did a terrific job with the install, and were kind and courteous throughout. Their rates are fair, and as a woman home alone, I especially appreciate that they texted a photo of the technician (Mason) before he arrived. Communication with Jennifer was easy—she’s on top of it! The entire experience was seamless and safe. I will definitely call Carlson again whenever I need a plumber!

Carlson Plumbing is comprised entirely of consummate professionals. From scheduling, to communication, punctuality, and high-quality work, I cannot recommend them enough. It is refreshing to work with a company which takes pride in every aspect of their business and places a strong emphasis on customer service as well as follow through. Plumber came on time and was very knowledgeable about the issues we have throughout the house. Satisfied with the repairs and appreciate the cleanliness after their work was complete. Price felt a little high, but the quality shows.
