Started noticing a knocking sound near the pipe where the water feeds into the house. Called Professional Plumbing and Vance came to take a look. He said that it could possibly be due to the water softener, which they do not service, and to call someone that does water softener's just to make sure before they ripped open the wall. There was no charge for the check. Although they did not find the issue, it's such a great feeling when you find a company that is honest and not trying to take advantage of you. He could have easily tore open the wall and asked questions later. If I ever in need of plumbing service again I am definitely calling Professional Plumbing first.
