Office scheduled same day. Diagnostic accurate and thorough, ordered new part. Picked up and installed the new part, worked great! We have been using them for years. A Coast Plumbing tech worked on my faulty water heater and was knowledgeable enough to explain various options and scenarios to address it. I opted for a replacement after being pleasantly surprised at the low cost and the fact he could replace it the same day. Amazing service - same day!!! Coast plumbing was awesome. I had a coupon for a free snake I was sure it would cost me something. Not so cleaned the drain and didn't charge me a dime.. Very professional and nice.
