Taylor was a true representative of AIS. Arrived on time and went through the troubleshooting process quickly. He explained what the problem was and recommended the different options that we have to prolong the life expectancy of the unit. Also the options to go to more energy efficient systems. We are very happy with Taylor’s service and HVAC knowledge. We especially appreciate the courtesy he showed of our place by putting on his shoe covers when he needed to be inside. Inspection review only: We had Taylor out for an inspection of our system. In our many years of dealing with vendors, we've never had a better experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job at explaining every aspect of what he was looking at. Not to mention, after we paid home warranty to send 3 people to fix 1 of our problems and told us it couldn't be done, he found a resolution in 2 minutes. We'll be using them solely moving forward and will recommend to anyone in need. Will update the review once work is completed.

We used AIS Heating & Air Conditioning to fix/diagnose our Heater today and would highly highly recommend them. The technician who came to our place was Taylor. He was able to fix the issue, answer all our questions. Before this we had couple of other technicians come from other places and they gave us a high quote to replace the heater.
