Our experience with Marco Roofing was first-rate all the way. We were immediately impressed when Chad was the only one (of four bidders) who actually went up on the roof as part of his cost-estimating process. (The other three companies sent salesmen who wanted to sit down with us and leaf through binders with glossy photos of roofs and various certificates of quality.) Ultimately, Chad’s bid was very reasonable and realistic compared to the others—it was the only one that reflected the fact that we had two layers of existing roof that needed to be removed. Once the work started, the Marco Roofing crew was all business and efficiency. We both work at home, so we had a chance to observe the work as it was being done. All the tasks were well-coordinated, and there was very little downtime. I had a new roof with Marco Roofing recently, Shad and his team did a great job for my new roof, He scheduled everything --like to remove the old roof, and the workers worked on the roof, then when finished, the gutter workers came in , everything was very smooth.
