The Fresno heat is NO JOKE. Our capacitor went out and Art Douglas Plumbing came out quickly to fix it. Frank, the technician, was super professional and friendly. He explained everything and gave us some tips to keep it in good condition. We’ve used them in the past and have always been happy and we believe they are good, honest people. When our water heater stopped working, we were promptly given an appointment for the same day. Jeremy from Art Douglas gave us our options and was ready to work on the unit right away. Raul came on the hottest day of the week!! We had a leaky sprinkler valve. He came as soon as possible and he was very quick efficient. Super dedicated! He was missing some parts but since it was a Saturday he had to go all over the city looking for a place that was open with the parts he needed.
