So you're telling me that a tune-up is less expensive than replacing and air filter (which I said I would do myself and the technician did it anyway) and having one of the homeowners change the settings on the thermostat app while the technician watched. VERY poor value for the cost. I do not recommend this company. OP: Summer of 2021 I was having some issues with my AC decreasing my indoor temperature below 78 degrees. So before summer of 2022 hit, I wanted to look into the issue. A tech came out and said nothing was wrong with my unit, it's just too hot outside to cool below 78 and charged me $85. After investigating this issue myself, it turns out that I have a 2-stage AC and it was only engaging the low stage. Got it wired correctly and had a much more tolerable summer. These guys saved the day! When I woke up on a Sunday with no power to my thermostat and a forecast for 109 I desperately searched all over the internet for someone to come out the same day. While everyone else were not available despite advertising same day emergency service, Steve Patrick returned my call and had a technician at my door within hours. The technician was professional and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The cost was much less than I was expecting to pay for same day service on a Sunday.
