I needed a roof replacement and chose cal city after getting a quote from several places. They are very friendly and professional, scheduling an appointment was quick and easy and they answered all the questions I had and more. During the roofing process I was always kept in touch with what was going on and how far they are along and if there were any changes. Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

Called and made appointment for an estimate and got a 2 hour block. No one showed up, no one called. When I finally called and got a hold of someone they said they were running behind and can see if they could "squeeze me in," I said I couldn't today because I had another appointment. At that he said "nevermind" and immediately hung up. Not even tried to reschedule. Very unprofessional. Do not use this business.
