We all are aware of this FRESNO heat how the sun changes our attitude as it beams down on our homes! Lionel ( Hawk Air) came into my home, diagnosed and repaired my unit in less than 30 minutes! I SCREAMED after he completed his task! Immediately contacted his wife to let her know…. all was good! Home warranty sent them over to repair my A/C unit they jumped the unit to started it . They shorted something because it started smoking and popping. I went indoors to check in the house to see if I didn't see any smoke. I looked at THE THERMOSTAT and it was off. I told the technician about it and he said he would get one when they order the A/C unit. I had bought this wi-fi thermostat. That it cost me over $200.00. I contacted the owner Lionel; he said warranty company is not covering the thermostat if I wanted the some one installed it would cost me $500.00. I would not recommend this company.
