Very professional and pleasant Neydi was very attentive and efficient and explained what the roofers were going to do, and helped us pick the right material, explaining most everything along the way. Anthony and Angel were also very helpful in coordinating the jobs needed to be done for our new roof. Grandmark replaced my entire roof and gutters in about 2-3 weeks and that was with rainy/spontaneous weather in between. I needed to get my roof replaced ASAP because my insurance was going to cancel within 2 months from contacting them (Shoutout to Antonio for prioritizing my roof). I chose Grandmark for many reasons including their quick follow up (hours vs days/weeks difference), informative consultation & estimate, with videos and pictures of why. Great financing options. 10 year workmanship warranty. Everyone was great. Anything that came up could be communicated and resolved. They cleaned everything up and I love my new roof ???? Overall, Grandmark is super reliable, highly responsive, and takes full ownership for their work - highly recommend
