4 gentlemen came out to give me an estimate on some work I needed and I agreed to the $50.00 trip charge. They turned around and charged me $225.00. I called the office and was given back $175.00. I received an envelope thinking it was my estimate, but all it included was an invoice for $50.00 paid in full, and no estimate. The only blurb included was a recommendation to replace the propane water heater with an electric one which is not code and none of the other work I'd asked for with no estimate. Waste of time and money.

My wife uses Fresno Plumbing at her office, and we recently bought a house. Within a couple weeks of owning the house our hot water heater went out so we called Fresno Plumbing and the sent someone out quickly. The tech was able to get the pilot relit for us and we were able to have hot water again. Not only did he get the pilot relit he showed me how to do it myself next time.
