Kim’s plumbing came out the same day and repaired the issue with my shower in about 45 min. Miguel was great, he went over and beyond to get me back up and running. He also was very informative and let me know what to look out for in the future. Very happy with this local company and will now continue to go with Kim’s for my next plumbing repair if ever needed! Had a service tech come to my mother-in-law‘s house yesterday to repair the toilet. It was leaking at the base of the toilet and the toilet would run. As I was arriving to the house the technician was leaving. The technician stated that he replaced the flapper in the tank and replace the wax ring at the base and the mounting bolts for the toilet had to be replaced. I asked if he had replaced the seal between the tank and the bowl and he stated no. He did state that he saw it was wet there at that location but did not replace the seal. He said if it dripped, call them back and they would replace the seal. I don’t know why he just didn’t replace it when he was there. But today we found the toilet still leaking again at the base. The toilet wobbles now. And he did not fix the running issue in the tank. I called Kim‘s plumbing back today and stated the issues. I wish there were more options to press for awesomeness because this company is so on point with their customer service and the quality of work!
