I am reviewing again because we had some major plumbing issues and had technician Ruben Dominguez assigned to this job. We were very impressed with his professionalism, politeness, knowledge, hard working, promptness and he thoroughly walked us through the process of what he would be doing to fix our problem. If we had anymore plumbing problems, we would definitely like to have him assigned to us again. We commend Lee’s for great employees they have and invest in. Well done!

I called Lee's when my house A/C unit failed and they sent a technician, Matt B., that day. Matt was punctual, friendly, and professional. He explained all of his findings and showed me the areas of concern. He got the unit running, but knowing it would fail again in the near future, he presented me with three different options to repair/replace parts, update, and maintain the unit. After we decided on the plan, he ordered the parts and promptly returned on the scheduled day to do the work. He showed me all of the new parts as well as measurements of increased efficiency when the unit starts up. He kept the indoor work spaces clean and double checked every part replacement to ensure it was properly installed and functioning optimally. I am very pleased with the quick response time, professionalism, and quality work provided by Lee's staff and will continue to work with them in the future.
