David called me right at the beginning of the arrival window to give me an eta on his arrival. He arrived in a timely manner, was polite and courteous. He was able to identify and explain the problem and have it fixed in no time. After the work was completed he gave me an estimate of how long it would take the system to cool down my house, and ensured everything was working properly. I really appreciate the time he took to explain everything and break things down.

Lees was able to get us on the schedule quickly for a toilet plumbing issue that was urgent. Although I do think the pricing was on the high end (especially for the diagnosis), my husband and I were impressed with the quality of work done. A shout out to Sean and Kory who were excellent! Both were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and worked so hard all day. They were happy to answer my questions and explain their process to us. They even took care to remove bricks in our walkway carefully without jackhammering. They also made sure everything was functioning correctly before packing up. Thanks Sean and Kory!
