We made an appointment online. We call the morning of to make sure they are still coming out. I have my email confirmation but they have no record of the appointment. We had to make a new appointment. The service call turns into a sales call and they were here from 10 am until 2:30. Mainly trying to sell us new AC system. We were told we would get the photos of all the. “So called “ issues and confirmed the our email address and phone number. Upon all the scare tactics used they never followed up with anything. Don’t waste your money or time. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this company!!! I basically paid for a sales presentation. This company used all kinds of fear tactics that were not valid. Wasted my entire morning and provide nothing! Be aware neighbors!!

My opinion of Monarch has changed dramatically. I had a service membership which I have discontinued, and I will no longer use them to service my system. My air conditioner had stopped working during a heat wave. I called several times. They use an answering service. They never returned my calls. Finally. I get an email with an appointment scheduled in 2 months. My membership was suppose to give me priority service . They blamed the answering service for not giving them the proper message. They got the proper message when I told them to cancel the appointment and my membership. That is when Monarch returned my call.

I called beforehand to make sure they worked with manufactor warranty since my unit is newer and it still covered parts I made sure they did and that's why I contracted them to come and evaluate. Then they get here and say no they will not work with them and "if I take the cost of the fan wold that make you happy" the manager Dave was rude and did not address that now they wanted me to pay over 1k the technician was nice but the company are scamers
