The technician only took picture of the circulating pump in the attic, he just looked at our system, did not check thermostat and the outside unit. He did not turn on the unit to check out whether the unit was functioning efficiently. It was a waste of money and time! No maintenance service was done at all!

We are Harry and Griselda Garvin. We both had the pleasure of meeting Noah Gonzalez for an A/C tune-up. Noah was professional in explaining to us what he was checking on our A/C system and what repairs would be needed. Noah had access to consult with a Supervisor over the phone when some aspect of a repair needed to be done or further explained or we needed clarification. He provided good service and was able to give us a fair price on our repair. He was also able to change out and upgrade my thermostat that I wanted changed. He provided a model that was newer and that was easier for me to read and make adjustments. Noah was attentive and was helpful in taking care of my problems and coming up with solutions that were agreeable. I appreciate his honesty, care and attention to detail. Thank you. We trusted them because we saw them in Costco. Worst mistake we have ever made. We had them replace our entire AC unit and spent over 10k for the system only to have terrible experiences ever since. We have had to fight with them to get service records, what they tell you in person doesn't match what they write down on service appt logs, their customer service agents are HORRIBLE. After our 2 plus years of dealing with them, we are giving up and going to have everything serviced through Lee's now. Save time, money and frustration and stay as far away from this company as possible. There have been a few people we talked to that were great, I appreciate their help over the years, but as a whole, this company is awful.
