Terrible service. Won't come and fix substandard repair done last May. Now I have the same water damage in the same location that cost me $1500 to repair last year. My insurance company says it's now the roofers problem.
I couldn't be more grateful. The company came in took the measurements of the roof and got the job done. The office clerks are helpful in suggesting color and quality, etc.
You need to tell your employees to have patience with people we are human to I'm almost 60 years old and had a question about my roof and one of your employees was every rude, I've never felt so degrated and felt so low. Later on that day I seen that same employee at autozone, yelling and screaming at a employee their who I've known for 8 Years and is every helpfully when I come their. never in my life I've seen such and angry person, you what better reviews you need to tell your employees to develop patience with people and to be nice to people (we are human to) every disappoint in your business, taken it somewhere else
