Elite Rooter Orange

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain and called Elite Rooter. A plumber by the name of Jose Diaz was sent out to my place promptly. Jose called me while in route to my place to assure me that he was on his way. Upon his arrival he greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. He quickly accessed the sink disorder, provided me with the diagnosis, acquired my permission to began the task of solving the issue with my kitchen sink and got right to work. The service that Jose provided was five star, "Over The Top" Excellent! I will definitely call Elite Plumbing if I have any more plumbing needs!

Dion and David, from the Orange County office were extremely professional and friendly. Both were very thorough and respectful. They completed the job as promised. They explained everything fully and we are very happy with the job!

FOR YOUR SAKE, DO NO HIRE ELITE ROOTER OC FOR ANY JOB, and ESPECIALLY AVOID DION--he is the ultimate fraudulent business manager and cannot be trusted. Numerous previous reviews have stated that Elite Rooter creates its own fake, good reviews (which is much more believable now, after dealing with Dion over the last 5 months and receiving contradictory texts that flat out lie about the project). Elite Rooter over charges for their work, does not completely it timely, expects the customer to constantly reach out and follow up, and will promise appointment times and never show up as you waste your day waiting for them. Our outdoor drainage projected started in early March 2023, with a promised finish date of 3-5 days. The initial work was completed in 2 weeks and was done completely wrong--everything was done incorrectly.
