Dion was great. He was helping me with my plumbing issue and was awesome trying to get approval with the property for price with discount of $40 dollars, they said No wish he could of done the job. Definitely using him with my family. Thank you

BEWARE! Extremely Unreliable!! Their technician manager Dion is very unprofessional and lier. Please don’t use their services. They come to my property to reroute the gas pipeline in kitchen in April. After finishing the job instead of sending us an invoice for payment, he kept calling us to pay. We were traveling to Maxico and we were not in the network area. But we still paid him in full as soon as we got the network. Next day when we came to property, there were gas leak. And it was a safety hazard. Dion was informed and he had been so arrogant about it. We informed the Elite Rooter and they sent another technician Frankie to fix the issue. They disconnected the main gas line to do the job and also while moving the gas pipe they removed the shutoff valve. But they didn’t put the shut off valve in gas line so that we can connect the stove and they also didn’t connect the main gas line. Our kitchen sink was clogged and I called Elite rooter first thing in the morning and they were able to get Carlos out to us within a couple hours of calling! Carlos was friendly, on time and fast. We are so happy to have found this company and will use again.
