My water heater burst, I called Elite and Rafa came out to assess the issue. He fully explained the issue and what needed to be done. Dion arrived later to provide a detailed estimate and connect me with a restoration company. Dion, Mario and crew came out the next day to start work. They completed to install in 2 days. The Team was courageous, polite and efficient. They left my garage and side yard were left cleaner than when they showed up. I would highly recommend Elite Rooter. Service: Water tank repair

2 stars for communication and price value; 4 stars for the installer. I called in the morning for a same-day request for my garbage disposal and was told someone would be there between 10am & 12pm for a free estimate. I then got a call from their office that an installer called out and they wouldn’t be able to get anyone to to me until 2-4pm. By 3:45 I hadn’t heard from an installer that they were on their way, so I called the office. Office said they would have the installer contact me directly when he was on his way. Installer calls me at 4:20pm, saying he’s an hour or more away. I explain the situation with my garbage disposal and he says he won’t repair it, I will need a new one and it would be better for me to purchase one myself and schedule an install. Since he was over an hour away, I went to Home Depot and purchased the garbage disposal so he could install upon arrival. Installer shows up past 6pm and takes only 30 mins to install the new garbage disposal. He was very nice and

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain and called Elite Rooter. A plumber by the name of Jose Diaz was sent out to my place promptly. Jose called me while in route to my place to assure me that he was on his way. Upon his arrival he greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. He quickly accessed the sink disorder, provided me with the diagnosis, acquired my permission to began the task of solving the issue with my kitchen sink and got right to work. The service that Jose provided was five star, "Over The Top" Excellent! I will definitely call Elite Plumbing if I have any more plumbing needs!
