The Water Heater Warehouse

Our shower was leaking and causing the hard wood floor to swell. We called water heater warehouse and they sent out their tech Eddie. Our apt time was from 2-4pm, however, he arrived earlier than expected at 1:00pm which is great. Eddie identified the problem, switched our the cartridge and handle, cleaned up the excess moisture in the wall Now we no longer have a leak and our shower is working perfectly We are extremely happy with the service we received from Water Heater Warehouse We will be calling them again

The pilot lite on my 10 year old water heater wouldn't stay on. I had already replaced the thermocouple but that didn't fix it. I called two companies and this one was the better. The other company wouldn't tell me how much it would cost until they came out and then gave me an inflated quote and said it's better to just buy a new one. But this company was honest and gave me a quote right over the phone for not only the service and parts but also replacement if I needed it. And they had a lot more options for replacement. The only issue I had with them was that they were slow to respond to text messages. It was better to actually call. But every time I talked to someone they were clear and polite. The repair people showed me what the problem was and let me know what future problems to watch out for so that I would know when I needed a new one. I recommend this company and will be using them again when I replace my water heater.
