Eddie from Water Heater Warehouse came out and serviced two tankless water heaters for us. He was professional, courteous, and fixed an unrelated issue that two plumbers before couldn't figure out. Needed my 27 year old water heater replaced. Chris at WaterHeater Warehouse was quick to respond with a quote that I found to be very reasonable (and all inclusive including tax). On my scheduled day and time Luis and Arturo promptly went to work. They did a beautiful job, answered my questions, and because they were craftsmen and very helpful, I plan to use WaterHeater Warehouse for future plumbing issues. Service: Water heater installation

Overall the experience was great, from service, responsiveness, politeness, and from the sales person (Michael), to the service rep (Lucy) and great set of technicians to interact with (Luis and Charo-I think?). The only weird thing I saw from the install was the water heater pan and the position of the drain orifice which is facing the back left corner of the heater closet and I can’t access it if I wanted to. Not sure if that can be remedied? Otherwise the install, heater and new fittings look nice and neat in the closet and is performing great. Service: Water heater installation
