Dunn-Rite Heating & Air

Our home warranty saddled us with this company, and it's been quite the "heated" experience. We flagged our AC issue on July 9th, emphasizing that it felt like our unit had taken a summer vacation without us. Fast forward to August 25th, and our AC is still MIA. Dunn-Rite has made several curtain calls, each time assuring us that everything's fine. Spoiler alert: it's not. I had to bring in another expert, who immediately pinpointed the issue. But due to warranty red tape, I'm now awaiting Dunn-Rite's encore performance. Working from home has turned into a daily sauna session, and my kids have set up camp downstairs to escape the upstairs furnace. A word to the wise: if you value your comfort and sanity, steer clear of this company. And then steer clear again. With so many options out there, it's baffling how companies like this still exist. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Twice.

I just had a tech Jay came out to check my AC and AC thermostats issues. I explained all the issues and problem which I have been with the thermostats. His responses was rude & unprofessional . He looked at me with an expression that I’m so ignorant. I told him not to look down on me because I’m a female and don’t know much about AC. I called my insurance warranty company (First American) and tell them not to send this company to my house again. I do not recommend anyone to use Dunn Rite Heating Air and Plumbing located in Garden Grove.

Great company. Quality work and when complete no evidence they were ever there. All was left clean. The staff is very nice and easy to work with. Oil thing is they send you a text attachment or link allowing you to see where the technician is and how soon they will arrive.
