Great company. Quality work and when complete no evidence they were ever there. All was left clean. The staff is very nice and easy to work with. Oil thing is they send you a text attachment or link allowing you to see where the technician is and how soon they will arrive. Hard to get a hold of anyone. Lady that answers the phone who will not give name is very rude and quick tempered. When asked questions gets agitated and states been doing this for years but he can't answer questions such as what are some modifications your company charges with installing like for like on old frieon units. She states that home warranty first American is dumb and does not know what they are doing. Also states that a HVAC system does not include furnace and you need to separate claims to check furnace and condenser. First American says it's all covered under HVAC up to three units. VERY VERY VERY BAD COMPANY. DUNN RITE LOL DUNN WRONG OUT OF GARDEN GROVE
Jay came in within 10 minutes was able to identify the problem fix it. That was not obvious problem. He knew what to look for right away. Great service. Thank you jay.
